The official website for the movie is now live and several teasers for the film have been released. They are quite short, but what they do show is enough to creep you out and make you want to watch the film. You can view the poster for the movie here on Haunted Hell, or you can visit the official website for more. The premise for the movie is pretty creepy and the poster only serves to creep you out more.

The Killing Gene (2008)
August 12, 2008
A missing pregnant woman’s body surfaces, but something is not right. Carved into her stomach are the symbols “W Delta Z”. The two cops in charge of this specific case pass the entire thing off as gang violence and nothing more under the assumption that carving a message into a dead body indicates that the victim isn’t the person who should be reading it. Further investigation leads them to discover that the women in question was actually knocked out by a rare compound. But as they bring this evidence up with their small towns only scientist in possession of that compound, they spot “W Delta Z” scrawled out on his office chalkboard. After evading capture for some time, the truth comes out: “W Delta Z” represents the selfish gene concept and those with it want to protect the people they love who share their DNA in some way, no matter the cost. Someone is using this to their advantage, pulling the strings of those with this gene and forcing them to commit some of the most gruesome torture porn style murders you could imagine.
This film is directed by Tom Shankland and stars Melissa George, Selma Blair, and Stellan Skarsgard
