This could possibly be done on a hayride. Basically you’d have to dig a hole in the ground large enough for your ghost. Lay the ghost in there on it’s back (like a grave) and then use spotlights, which I’ll get to in the next article. Then use the sheet of glass at a 45 degree angle (the glass would go from the ground on the other side of the grave (from the audience) up into the air over hole). This way, people don’t see the hole in the dark, but they will see the reflection of the ghost that will appear to be hovering in mid air.

Obviously this would only work at night (in a very dark location) and the hardest part becomes hiding the glass, perhaps between two trees, so that they can’t see the outline. It would also require a pretty big sheet of glass.

I’ll admit, it would take a bit of creativity and careful planning, but I think it could work…

I saw the trailer for this movie and thought it was extremely interesting. Antonio Banderas is one of my favorite actors and I think he’d do a magnificent job in this type of storyline. I can hardly wait for it to come out.

This is very interesting and cool. I’ve always thought that they used an expensive and fancy laser projector for that ride, but to find out it was just an optical illusion makes it even better. I wish I could do something like this for a haunted hay ride.

I’ve been debating whether to watch this movie or not having heard mixed reviews. I’m not sure I will bother now as your opinion seems to concur with several others I have read. As you say, this is a great shame as the premise of the story has such potential.

This is a really bad movie. I tried to watch it once and couldn’t believe that anybody wasted their money on making it. I’m not sure who approved this for production, but I hope they didn’t make any other movies.

I watched this movie last night and I was a bit disappointed. It was definitely a ‘good’ movie, an eerie type of movie rather then a frightening one though. The movie had promise for terrifying and thrilling scenes but for some reason it failed to do much of anything. As you sit through the movie you kinda expect and wait for something big to happen, something amazing that’s gonna shock and scare the hell out of you but it just never happens… toward the end of the movie you are left wanting and hoping for more. Like Horrorman said the acting from the little girl could have been better as well, the little girl looked creepy but her acting was a little flat. The scenes between the parents and the child when she returns for those 3 days could have been more impressionable but again it was a little flat. Overall I enjoyed the movie, it had it’s moment, just wished I could had more.
